It is with a very heavy heart that the Preston Public School community mourns the passing of one of our students, Breanna Rego. Breanna was a student in Mr. Van Ravenstein’s class last year. Breanna will be remembered for her sparkling personality, enthusiasm for learning, thoughtfulness, and compassion for helping others. Breanna will be sadly missed by the staff and students at Preston PS.
In honour of Breanna and her family, we have lowered our flag at the school and at the Waterloo Region District School Board Education Centre.
Our deepest condolences go out to the Rego family.
