Hello families!  We are excited for another school year to begin, and hope you and your children are too!

Communicating with families before the start of school is always challenging, so here are a few tips:

• Log into SchoolDay if you have a keycode to find out the name of your child’steacher
• Most teachers are sending out a “robo” call this evening to welcome your child
• Supplies for your child: backpack, lunch container (zero garbage lunches are ideal), indoor shoes, and outdoor shoes. All regular school materials are supplied at the school (crayons, pencils, rulers etc)
• We are placing students into classes on a regular basis.  This information will be available on School Day over the Labour Day weekend, and on the first ay of school.
• All students (K-6) are to wear masks. Ideally, send a few masks with your child.  We have a few on hand if needed.
• There will be lots of physical distancing, and hand sanitizing this year – similar to last year.
• We kindly ask that parents do not congregate on school grounds on the first day of school.  We know this is an exciting time of year, however, with our school population will would end up exceeding the gathering limits.
